    Maynardlynne, as I mentioned in previous posts..we received the letter for Biometrics to be taken, about 2 weeks after we handed in the application by post. Received the ILR (Biometric Resident Permit) 3 and a half months after applying. Hope you hear from them soon.

    Hi CeeCee...your birth certificate should not be any older than 2 weeks to the date you intend to marry...but check with the local municipality where you intend to marry as it can vary region to region. Good luck x

    Hi Anne...Getting married in Tunisia is fairly straightforward as long as you have all the right paperwork (see above posts/appropriate threads) and it won't make any difference to lentgh of time for visa to be obtained...just give yourself plenty of time to organise your paperwork for the visa...
