There is somthing that I find both annoying and illogical at the same time in Tunisia the large number empty property and offices. I have spoken to many businessmen and especially the younger ones agree that something must be done ASAP.
My rant begins :-(
I a functioning market you have the law of supply and demand ie your in competition with other small business for a location if there are many of you the price can go up if less interest then the price goes down. What I have found in Tunisia (especially the good locations) there is simply a dysfunctional market that is harming commerce, town centres and the young/new business and those wishing to expand.
