SIDI DAOUD AGRI BUSINESS COMPANY
The Sidi Daoud plant, set up in 1824, is one of the first canneries in the Mediterranean Sea. Its products, fruit of a traditional know how, bring in all the resources and flavours of natural products. The Sidi Daoud cannery is specialized in processing tuna and sardines.
To be easily provided with extra fresh sardines and tuna fishes, the production unit is at the sea side and close to fishing harbours (Kélibia, Sidi Daoud).
Moreover, The Sidi Daoud plant gets its stocks of fresh sardines directly from the various auctions of the Tunisian coasts in the Mediterranean Sea.
Thanks to the modern production line, SIDI DAOUD COMPANY is able to process the rare blue fin tuna (Thunnus Thynnus) and the yellow fin tuna.
In this regard, we have to point out that the Production processes are carried out in conformity with the European hygiene standards which made it possible to obtain the sanitary accreditation CE 321 in July 2003 and hence the expansion of ABCO’s exports to the European community.
