The Port of Rades is Tunisia’s largest commercial port serving the capital city of Tunis. Located 9 kilometers southeast of Tunisia’s capital city, much of Tunis’ harbour facilities are located in the town of Rades. The Port of Rades lies on the Tunis canal’s southern bank, a geographical extension of the Port of Goulette, 2km east on Tunisia’s northeastern coast.
