It has been a while since I have been on, however; I received this notification in my e-mail and needed to respond. This is fraud. I am a certified Canadian Immigration Consultant so know what a company needs to do to administer these tests.

- no one can buy an IELTS test without writing one from a regulated company. If your needing a test administered I can send you to proper authority to have one taken.
- There is no way that one company can be connected to all these Countries if administrating an IELTS test.
