Thanks Essem, looks like its just a typical custard. I did not enjoy it so much though when I had it at my in-laws, had a bitter after taste. or maybe Im just used to things being very sweet. in the west.
I found another recipe saying to use Milk Powder, but this was from an Algerian version....not sure I would do that tho. Hubby said his mom buys this powder stuff and then mixes it. Im wondering if I can get away with simple pudding
